If you have bought a faulty
product from us or if it has broken while you have been
using it then we will replace it free of charge
considering it is still under warranty with the
manufacturer. If you have a faulty product you will also
need the number of your receipt issued with your
purchase (this number can usually be found at the top of
the receipt) and you must e-mail us at returns@agselectronics.co.uk
stating you need to return a product and your invoice
number and the name of your product and also what is
wrong with it. We will then reply to you within 24 hours
telling you what you should to get it safely returned to
us and exchanged at no extra cost. Please note that you
must pay any extra postage and packaging charges.
